Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, p62 Lck ligand, and 4E-BP1_pT70. Each is linked with SNTA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNTA1-to-partner and partner-to-SNTA1 results are reported.
