SNRPN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L6, MINAR2, and USP17L4. Each is linked with SNRPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPN-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L6 grouped by SNRPN-low versus SNRPN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
