Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPGP17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,063 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPGP17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GDPD1, TOP2B_S1526, and TRIM2_S443. Each is linked with SNRPGP17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPGP17-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPGP17 results are reported.
