Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRPGP17 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNRPGP17 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SNRPGP17 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPGP17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and STAD are the cancer types where SNRPGP17 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
