SNRPEP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPEP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPEP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPDZ, NOVA2, and LIG3_S210. Each is linked with SNRPEP11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPEP11-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPEP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPEP11 versus MPDZ in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPEP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPEP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
