Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRPEP11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNRPEP11 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SNRPEP11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPEP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and DLBC show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRP, and KIRC are the cancer types where SNRPEP11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
