Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,105 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC4, CSTF1, and CEBPZ. Each is linked with SNRPC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPC-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPC versus RFC4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
