Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,947 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBL, RFC4, and SRSF3. Each is linked with SNRPA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPA versus FBL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
