SNRNP40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP256, RPL7L1P7, and RNA5SP281. Each is linked with SNRNP40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP40-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP256 grouped by SNRNP40-low versus SNRNP40-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
