SNRNP35

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,808 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP35-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS2, TESPA1, and RCC1. Each is linked with SNRNP35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP35-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
