SNRNP25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,210 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM7, JPT2, and DCTPP1. Each is linked with SNRNP25 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP25-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP25 versus MCM7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
