SNRK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 278 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2J3, GALR3, and S100G. Each is linked with SNRK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRK-to-partner and partner-to-SNRK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2J3 grouped by SNRK-low versus SNRK-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
