Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNPH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,569 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGRRF1, RNA5SP161, and RNU7-119P. Each is linked with SNPH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNPH-to-partner and partner-to-SNPH results are reported.
