Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,678 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR320A, RNA5SP413, and RN7SL741P. Each is linked with SNPH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNPH-to-partner and partner-to-SNPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR320A grouped by SNPH-low versus SNPH-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
