SNORD46

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,667 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD46-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD100, SNORD19C, and SNORA66. Each is linked with SNORD46 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD46-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD46→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
