Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD127 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,676 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNORD127-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening. Each is linked with SNORD127 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD127-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD127 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by SNORD127-low versus SNORD127-high in DLBC.
