Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD127 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD127 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SNORD127 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD127 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and STAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, UCEC, and DLBC are the cancer types where SNORD127 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
