SNORD116-27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD116-27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,022 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD116-27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, Protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, and Positive regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with SNORD116-27 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD116-27-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD116-27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport grouped by SNORD116-27-low versus SNORD116-27-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD116-27→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD116-27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
