SNORD114-2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD114-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD114-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND1P33, RPL27P12, and RN7SL679P. Each is linked with SNORD114-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD114-2-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD114-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD114-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD114-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
