SNORA13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORA13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,189 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORA13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBTF, PRPF38A, and ZMAT2. Each is linked with SNORA13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORA13-to-partner and partner-to-SNORA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNORA13 versus UBTF in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
