Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORA13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORA13 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher SNORA13 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORA13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.

THCA, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SNORA13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
