SNIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLRD1, CCL5, and TAF9. Each is linked with SNIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLRD1 grouped by SNIP1-low versus SNIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
