Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,239 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, ORC3, and IQGAP2. Each is linked with SNHG31 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG31-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG31 results are reported.
