Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNHG31 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNHG31 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNHG31 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNHG31 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UVM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where SNHG31 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
