SNHG12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,569 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRTO4, RCC1, and RCC1_S11. Each is linked with SNHG12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG12-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
