The most reproducible SNCAIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Calcium ion transport, and RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with SNCAIP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNCAIP-to-partner and partner-to-SNCAIP results are reported.
