SNCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,351 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNCA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERBP1, CACNA2D1, and NOL10. Each is linked with SNCA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNCA-to-partner and partner-to-SNCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNCA versus SERBP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
