Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNCA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,503 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBB, HBA1, and HBA2. Each is linked with SNCA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNCA-to-partner and partner-to-SNCA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNCA versus HBB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
