SNCA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 247 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX5P1, RNU6-1067P, and MIR6803. Each is linked with SNCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNCA-to-partner and partner-to-SNCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLRX5P1 grouped by SNCA-low versus SNCA-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
