Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, RNU6-340P, and RN7SKP224. Each is linked with SNAPIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPIN-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by SNAPIN-low versus SNAPIN-high in UCEC.
