Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 748 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP420, H2BC10, and GEMIN2P1. Each is linked with SNAP23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP23-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP420 grouped by SNAP23-low versus SNAP23-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
