SNAI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,363 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, CNN2, and COL1A1. Each is linked with SNAI2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAI2-to-partner and partner-to-SNAI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAI2 versus AEBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
