SNAI2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,648 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01929, COL12A1, and BMP1. Each is linked with SNAI2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAI2-to-partner and partner-to-SNAI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAI2 versus LINC01929 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
