Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1068P, MIR194-1, and RNU6-680P. Each is linked with SNAI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAI2-to-partner and partner-to-SNAI2 results are reported.
