SNAI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAI2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with SNAI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAI2-to-partner and partner-to-SNAI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46 grouped by SNAI2-low versus SNAI2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
