The most reproducible SNAI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell migration involved in endocardial cushion formation, Regulation of vitamin D biosynthetic process, and Amino acid metabolic process. Each is linked with SNAI2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAI2-to-partner and partner-to-SNAI2 results are reported.
