Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,795 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM125, BCAS1, and TMC5. Each is linked with SMPD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMPD3 versus TMEM125 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
