SMPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK_pT183_Y185, and ARID1A. Each is linked with SMPD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by SMPD3-low versus SMPD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
