SMPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 454 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, OR2M5, and SMCP. Each is linked with SMPD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by SMPD3-low versus SMPD3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
