SMOX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,647 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMOX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BP4, PCNA, and JUNB. Each is linked with SMOX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMOX-to-partner and partner-to-SMOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMOX versus SH3BP4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
