Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,759 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ26, NF1P10, and FAM230D. Each is linked with SMOX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMOX-to-partner and partner-to-SMOX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ26 grouped by SMOX-low versus SMOX-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
