SMOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1C1, SLC35G3, and PZP. Each is linked with SMOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMOX-to-partner and partner-to-SMOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1C1 grouped by SMOX-low versus SMOX-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
