SMOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMOX mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,957 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGF1R, ATP1A4, and ZNF418. Each is linked with SMOX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMOX-to-partner and partner-to-SMOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGF1R grouped by SMOX-low versus SMOX-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
