Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT4B, MIR4710, and IGHV1OR15-4. Each is linked with SMIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM2-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUDT4B grouped by SMIM2-low versus SMIM2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
