SMIM14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,576 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle budding from membrane, Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with SMIM14 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM14-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vesicle budding from membrane grouped by SMIM14-low versus SMIM14-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
