Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG6-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,499 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG6-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMA3, ARAF_S186, and SNRNP200. Each is linked with SMG6-IT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG6-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-SMG6-IT1 results are reported.
