Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMG6-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,327 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMG6-IT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi organization, Protein K63-linked ubiquitination, and Negative regulation of cellular catabolic process. Each is linked with SMG6-IT1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMG6-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-SMG6-IT1 results are reported.
