SMC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,185 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, CDKN3, and GINS1. Each is linked with SMC4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC4-to-partner and partner-to-SMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMC4 versus CENPM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
