SMC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ERK2, and Rab25. Each is linked with SMC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMC4-to-partner and partner-to-SMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by SMC4-low versus SMC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
