Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCE1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,313 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCE1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL27A, SMARCC2_S347, and CWF19L2. Each is linked with SMARCE1P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCE1P1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCE1P1 results are reported.
